Refund Policy
Tuition
If a student attends school for fewer than 10 school days in a quarter, tuition will be charged on a daily rate, calculated as the total of all tuition and divided by the total number of regular school days in the semester. The Registration fee, Entrance Fee and Capital Fee are non-refundable.
If a student is withdrawn during the first four weeks (20 school days) of any semester, 50% of the tuition will be refunded. The Registration fee, Entrance Fee and Capital Fee are non-refundable.
No refund will be made after students attend the school for more than 21 school days.
The withdrawal date will be considered the last day of school stated on the Withdrawal Form. Forms can be obtained from the Registrar’s Office.
Bus & Lunch
Lunch and bus fees are non-refundable after two weeks of starting either the bus or lunch program. If the school changes a lunch vendor, students who have joined the lunch program may withdraw during the following two weeks. After two weeks there will be no refund. In the event a family requests cancellation of the bus or lunch program, the payment will be adjusted to the daily rate, and any remaining funds refunded to the family. No refunds will be made for school trips, including field trips or overseas trips.
