Every fall, the Red Cross Club at AST organizes a food drive for the food bank at Taichung Red Cross. This is to promote awareness of people suffering from hunger, making food systems more sustainable and ensuring a healthy diet for everyone, especially those in our own community. Students are encouraged to bring in non-perishable food items, such as rice, cereal, canned food, peanut butter, dried fruits and vegetables, shelf stable milk, juice, etc. Personal care items, like baby diapers, adult diapers, and sanitary napkins, can also be donated. Please put the donations in the bins at the lobby. Donations will be accepted from 11/6 to 12/15, Friday. Thank you!
每年秋天，AST紅十字社團都會為食物銀行募集物資。從11/6開始至12/15（星期五），AST將進行一年一度的紅十字會食物銀行物資捐贈活動。希望大家明白這世上不是人人豐衣足食，有些人們其實正承受著飢荒之苦。我們鼓勵學生捐贈保存期限較長的食物，例如米、罐頭食品、花生醬、乾果、奶粉、保久乳（不需冷藏）、麥片等，也可捐贈嬰兒尿布、成人尿布。請將捐贈品放在大廳的箱子內。謝謝!
